We collect details necessary to administer the various competitions and events we run. For most participants this is limited to first name and last name, but for key contacts such as Team Captains this will also include email address and contact telephone numbers.

This website does not collect any personal data. The website does collect and store certain usage facts such as which pages were visited, and when, but this is done completely anonymously.

For users of this website once logged in...

Only a small number of people have 'accounts' with which to log in to the website and keep it updated. Once logged in the website does not collect any of your personal data. However it does record certain facts about the pages you have visited, and the edits/updates you have made whilst logged in.

How do we collect your data?

We collect the aformentioned data as part of the annual Team Registration and Player Registration processes. Further particpant data may be collected throughout the season if Teams register further Players.

How will we use your data?

We use the aforementioned data solely to administer and ensure the smooth running of the competitions we run; recording scores, contacting Team Captains to rearrange fixtures and discuss issues.

We do not share this data with any other companies or organisations.
